Love my greens!



Green is good for you! If you don’t like to wear it then just have green smoothie, fruit or vegetable- it’s good for your health. My smoothies are usually green and my boyfriend calls them Shrek smoothies 🙂
I like to use freshly squeezed orange and lime juice, banana, kale, flax seeds and juicy dates. Mango is always a good idea, but it’s hard to find a good fresh ripe mango. Instead of kale I use also spinach and rucola. If you like basil, then I recommend to add a bit of that too, it gives so fresh and interesting taste. Enjoy!
